GEI WideFormat Launches Comprehensive Professional Services Program
North Canton, Ohio, September 8,
2008. Mr. Roger Ilgen, President and General Manager of GEI WideFormat, a Visual Edge Technology Company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Greg Mackey to launch and lead the company’s newly created Professional Services Program. Mr. Mackey joined GEI in late 2007 as Manager of Training and Second Level Support and will now be responsible for a full array of Professional Services. The courses include technical training and support for aqueous, solvent and UV curable inkjet printers, Color Management, traditional software training and RIP installation, integration and support.
Mr. Mackey will continue to report to Jeff Fuchs, Director of North American Service, who said “GEI WideFormat is formalizing its professional capabilities in answer to the increasing demand from our vendors who are experiencing tremendous growth in the wide format service marketplace. We’re fortunate to have Greg on our team since he brings the professional expertise of not only wide format technologies but also hands-on knowledge and experience with so many key vendors who are customers of GEI.”
